As the exclusive caterer to the Pentagon Library and Conference Center, Haute caters to a variety of events, be it corporate boxed lunches, continental breakfasts, full-service lunches and dinner receptions, buffets, or promotion and retirement ceremonies. We guarantee you will be completely satisfied with our exceptional service and staff.
Additionally, we cater events daily in the Pentagon’s main building, including the Hall of Heroes, Pentagon Auditorium, Center Courtyard, Military Women’s Corridor, MacArthur Corridor and private-office parties.
Let us cater your next event to meet your every desire. From afternoon lunch meetings to sophisticated cocktail parties, we handle it all. Our exclusive production team is assigned to each event to ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. The production team also organizes an ‘event timeline’ so that every phase of your event happens on time. Each event is perfectly executed for the personality of your event, while exceeding expectations.
Farmers Market Café
Along with being the exclusive caterer at the Pentagon Library and Conference Center, Haute Catering operates the Farmers Market Café for visitors and staff looking for healthy and convenient meals and snacks. We are a company that promotes organic food and sustainable resources throughout our services. We combine the freshest ingredients to create enticing and innovative meals.
The Cafe is open Monday through Friday from 0700-1500, serving breakfast until 1030 and lunch until 1500. We can serve you from first thing in the morning, with delicious breakfast pastries, fresh juices and exceptional coffee, to a classic lunch offering gourmet salads and signature sandwiches.
Our breakfast offerings include made-to-order omelets, breakfast sandwiches and fresh pastries. Our Five Star Espresso outlet serves Starbucks coffee and offers specialty espresso and coffee drinks.
Lunch options include a number of healthy alternatives. Our Grill offers fresh-made paninis, burgers, grilled chicken and barbecue sandwiches, as well as comfort food items such as grilled cheese, chili and a daily soup rotation. Our daily green-plate lunch special includes international menus, such as Mexican, Italian and Asian dishes that are planned monthly with the menu available so you can plan your lunches days in advance.
Additional Services
In addition to the food-service operations at the Pentagon Library and Conference Center, Haute Catering is responsible for all scheduling, logistics and room set-ups for the 15-room conference center. The Concierge Desk also provides excellent guest services for all who visit.
Logistics
The Pentagon Library and Conference Center provides 15 conference rooms, allowing the Pentagon to be a preferred location for DoD-sponsored meetings and conferences. Conference room sizes vary, but each room can accommodate more than 25 people. The largest conference room is complete with staging, audio and visual equipment, a state-of-the-art sound system and space for more than 100 people.
