Mr. Burgos has more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, specializing in the logistical process of food manufacturing. As a Regional Vice President for Marriott, Mr. Burgos was responsible for 16 units throughout California, Hawaii and Mexico, generating $110 million in sales and producing more 70,000 meals a day. Mr. Burgos then became the SUB-Director and General/Executive Senior Vice President of Eurest Corp., based in Europe, and responsible for 36 units worldwide generating more than $300 million in sales and producing more than 160,000 meals a day. In returning to the United States, Mr. Burgos was a key component in developing the Flying Food Group, taking the company from $25 million to $145 million in sales within five years. When Haute on the Hill formed, Mr. Burgos was sought after for his expertise in logistics and creating rapid growth for a small company. Mr. Burgos' key focuses are developing leadership qualities through Total Quality Management (TQM) seminars as well as re-engineering Six Sigma processes. Mr. Burgos is a black belt in Six Sigma.
