Our most recent Farmer’s Market Café opened in August 2009 at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) in Washington, DC. The double-sided café serves visitors and staff, and it is open Monday through Friday from 0730-1600. Our breakfast menu offers specialty breakfast sandwiches, freshly baked muffins, scones and Danish, as well as freshly brewed coffee. Lunch options include a made-to-order tossed salad station, fresh grilled panini sandwiches, homemade soups and chili, and other specials.
Our Grab and Go coolers feature gourmet salads, sandwiches and wraps, fruit salad, yogurt parfaits, and fruit and cheese plates. Snack time includes freshly popped popcorn, a frozen yogurt bar, a bulk candy and trail mix buffet, and gourmet cookies, brownies and specialty desserts.
Building on the success of our farm fresh café concept established at NDU, we designed all branding, marketing materials, and interior café design finishes such as furnishings, artwork, the color palate and decor. As we take customer feedback extremely seriously, all of our cafés have customized client surveys that are reviewed on a weekly basis. Our menu items are seasonally rotated, incorporate customer requests and utilize locally grown ingredients. Our main focus is to always offer our customers healthy choices at an affordable price.
