
Mr. Hardy joined Haute Catering in the spring of 2006. In the winter of 2006, he was promoted to Warehouse Supervisor, where he developed processes to improve equipment-loss reduction, order dispatching and packing accuracy. In the spring of 2008, Mr. Hardy was appointed Operations Manager, where he assumed responsibility for all operational departments, including off-site truck delivery schedules. Aside from his operational responsibilities, he served as interim General Manager at the Pentagon Library and Conference Center unit. Mr. Hardy has established ESL classes for all Haute Catering employees as well as a parking program. In the winter of 2009, he transitioned to the role of General Manager for the National Defense University’s café operations. In this role, he oversees all catering, production, and logistics.
