Mr. Conroy started his career in human resources more than eight years ago, when he accepted a position in recruiting and staffing with Robert Half, Inc. He has since gained a wide range of experience in employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, recruiting and training. As head of the HR Department, Mr. Conroy provides a full-range of the above-mentioned duties, as well as all matters pertaining to the union and collective-bargaining agreement. Mr. Conroy has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for five years and received his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in May 2003. He is also a member of the Human Resource Association of the National Capital Area and the Northern Virginia Chapter of SHRM, where he was a graduate of the award-winning Peer Mentoring Program. Mr. Conroy is a green belt in Six Sigma and an active member of the American Society for Quality.
