
Ms. Fruzzetti manages our catering and conference center management operations at the Pentagon Library and Conference Center. In this role, she oversees the Production, Logistics, Dispatch, Scheduling and Event Design teams. Prior to joining Haute Catering, Ms. Fruzzetti worked for Nordstrom's Restaurant Division, where she oversaw the restaurant and catering operations at its Tysons Corner and Pentagon City stores. While with Nordstrom, her responsibilities included all food and beverage operations, including inventory, production, service-team training and client events. Additionally, Ms. Fruzzetti owned and operated a personal chef and catering company in Arlington, VA, and worked as a production and line cook at Firefly Restaurant in Washington, DC. Ms. Fruzzetti is a graduate of L'Academie de Cuisine's Culinary Arts Program. Prior to her food career, she graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Public Administration and worked in marketing and business development for several large companies, including Deutsche Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
